The MCTT can be engineered with a variety of options, which consist of internal swing door placement for product segregation, conveyor length sizes, and the optional high capacity Rail Lift System. Unloading methods are another consideration that must be taken into account when looking at any building restrictions that may be posed during the unloading process.

Unloading Methods

Hoist:
The Shredfast high capacity 30 ton hoist makes unloading a breeze. All hoist controls are mounted in the dash for easy operation.

Removable Insert:
The removable inserts make housekeeping easy. The corrugated containers will hold up to 2,500 – 3,000 pounds of material and can be emptied with a fork lift rotator.

Active Unloading Floor:
The Shredfast Active Unloading Floor is a great alternative for those that are faced with height restricted clearances where a hoist/dump body can’t be used.
